Written by Josh on August 30, 2009 – 11:08 am -Seem to be almost the same price as 3 overseas machines 1, but I 'the VE has found that the machines imported machines are not high quality. I 'm thinks that to get the Midas 1220. Thoughts?

I was interested in purchase of one of them, so I did quite a bit of research. I found lots of Web site and discussion describing the meaning improve the car or repair things that didn 'work to repair things that are broken. The general opinion seemed to be that was enough to work for all uses, but the tolerances are not good enough to work exactly true of critical parts. If you're planning on working with only minor items, you might consider machines Sherline (http://www.sherline.com/). That's what I concluded on with. - Z of dan

I have a friend who has a forge he 's using for over 20 years and has not ever had some problems with. With regular maintenance these things last forever.

The machines are to forge very good quality. However, any 3 in 1 car is a compromise over three separate machines. I 'VE has used the number of Smithy' products if they found to be large. If you 're entry into production of something, as on a commercial level, can be shot at, but for general use and the stuff in the short term, the smaller formats, you won' t be is probably dissatisfied with the forge. I haven 't seen all imports in that price range that has been the source of smoothly functioning ago, or the ability to take very good tight tolerances.
