Recently i have gained a lot of weight, what to do?

But I want to become thinner as soon as possible. The VE impression of a rolling mill that exercise machine in the country but if i xercise as I get the pain of severe cash. PLZ I help him?

Eat milk and cereal in two meals of the day. Eat whatever you want to three meals, but not more than one dish. Include fruit and salad at every meal. No potato chips and chocolate.

cuts what u eat a half. stop eating sweets (eat something sweet a week) veggies eat more fruit n (gas will u) begins to walk at least 30 minutes a day (the u will consider as ur going to die if u makes it right) try to walk 30 mintues a day 2 times a day. The cuts & pop, tea 4 bottles of drink-20oz of water a day (or 8 glasses of water) cut fried foods. switch to fish the ****** of chicken without skin senz'ossa of No. with a salad, cut some of the stuff fat as Mayo sostituiscala with mustard that parts of the meat should only b great as the food of the hand of ur ur (1 part) should fit on a plate format of the paper plate. not a normal plate lunch. good luck also try some situps if u can. also uses hand weights a few 5lb to build some muscle. take time but the alil inches of the weight ull go b4. curves is a good place to go but I find that challenge dient enough
