I need to lose about 75 lbs. What is the best exersize for me?
Written by Josh on February 9, 2009 – 7:42 am -I am 5 '10 "tall and place in week 1 of the observers of the weight. Draft go to the fitness center where work for 4 days a week. They exersize bicycles, machine elyptical, the impression of rolling mills, free weights and some other stuff.

if you want to measure rise everywhere you want to use all that stuff. But if you want to just remove the weight probauly go for a bike to exersize mills and impressions that make aid more then lift weights
