Which makes better bread, the 10 qt hobart or the electrolux assistant?

milling machine

I just started grinding my own flour and I would like to produce several loaves at a time. Now use my kitchen aid watt-325, or my bread machine for kneading the dough. However, I can produce only 1-2 loaves with these machines. I think it was an expense for buying a bigger, stronger blender, anyone who has all the advice? Oh, I'm also thinking of a universal Bosch.

The 10 Hobart quarters are the best, its expensive, but worth every penny. Pi? have a great service department. If you have ever difficulties? (I never) will get the families and for the repair! No duty to drag it back to where you bought it or transport it to their places of repair
