I want to know the things I could do to remove more wieght. I TRED army on rolling mills and machines eleptical every other day for 40 minutes and I have lost a few inches, but weight. Furthermore path for about 30 minutes in addition to regular resolves the I listed before. I was wondering which foods to eat and what to stay to go. (is there any abdominal excercises that I can do to rid of my belly fat, it 's just in front of me all the way around or my sides.
