I need different types of defects caused to the workpiece during operation and even the meaning of grinding stop. Thx in advance.

depends on various parameters that can cause the defect to the workpiece, such as using ur material, according to that and that kind of finish u want one or the other it only rouging the kind of finishing operation, if ur giving more depth of the cut that it gives less surface finish and while I have good speed and less depth of cut u get the best surface finish. certain times for the operation rouging the conclusion of the operation the edge of the workpiece could have burrs,
