What’s better a tread mill or an elliptical machine? and what’s a good brand?

I 'm in the market for a mill or elliptical impressions, but I can buy only one. I read somewhere that the elliptical was the best impression of rolling mill burned more calories because sull'ellittico. I don 't know if that' s true or not, so I need your help in making my decision. All positive responses greatly appreciated. Thank you

One or the other one is good! I think personally that the elliptical is better, because you get more of a complete body workout. As with the elliptical work your arms out too. A good brand is fit for life. Good luck!
