Officina del centro maintenance of factory production. You Plumber? Also named as a man who operates the & conventional lathe, milling machine. And if running at the same time and program the automatic lathe and milling machine is called a CNC programmer? Thank you.

The person who works in the maintenance of a factory is not called a "tinsmith." It could be called a mechanic or a maintenance man. A person running a lathe or a conventional milling machine is called a more MachineState. A person any computer program would be called a programmer.
