How to generate electricity from powered sewing machine, whose motor runs around 2000 rpm?

milling machine

We 'sewing machines of self-VE 500 in our factory. Like all machines that run the engine, sewing machines also are running. My idea is to use motor 's of the rotation to generate electricity, as the wind mill and turbines operate. Elxtrical energy conversion to electricity. Can someone help how to do this in the most economic sense …

Unfortunately, it sounds a lot like you are trying to perpetual motion here - that won 't work The sense that the sewing machines could be made to generate electricity is to attach a magnet to the rotor spinning rotor and have this inside a coil of wire. Find that the list has been generated in the tie which could then be used to charge a battery or to run an appliance. Generator of electricity Google for specifics. However, you can 't get something for nothing. The magnetic field interact with the current in the wire, opposing the movement of the rotor (which makes it slower). The law of conservation of energy those conditions you couldn 't get more energy from the tie that was losing the sewing machine, in fact, due to inefficiency in the electricitry generation, Can significantly less. There you go - you could use a sewing machine to generate electricity but the electricity generated would be much less than the extra energy used by the sewing machine compared with a generator before the generator was attacked. Hope that 'clearing of s.

Won 't work for the same reason of perpetual motion works don' to the machine; t work, you can 't get energy from nothing. If worked, the world would be governed forever for electricity, more oil, more coal. However, it doesn 't.

The engine is not identified good, but if the engine is running permanently Flash and engine load and is giving you the load by pressing the clutch of sewing machine, then your engine is running mostly 50% and no load on this occasion you can use your engines completely occupied with the same capacity of 95% of the generator or generator with the well of the engine and switch the load generator through the clutch lever. When you run the machine, the armature will move without any load, but time stopped your car, your generator connected to the load there. who never applied load, but you can not ever connect with all 500 units for the supply of CA or connect the different voltage supply for the source of current, well that the CC look across the equipment used to link together all the power generated. You can save some more then 80% of your waste of power.

Nobody does this. The reason is that the electricity generated less true that you have to buy electricity to run the engines. As other posters indicate, this is an inevitable result of the law of conservation of energy. Plus, you have more spending, because of cost and maintenance for all generators. The best idea is to use conservation to save energy and reduce costs.
