Nobody does this. The reason is that the electricity generated less true that you have to buy electricity to run the engines. As other posters indicate, this is an inevitable result of the law of conservation of energy. Plus, you have more spending, because of cost and maintenance for all generators. The best idea is to use conservation to save energy and reduce costs.
