First of all you should apply for benefits and soon the best. It is better to have a doctor who has a history of it. If Vermont 's inability to be the same as Wisconsin then you need documentation of this. Most get a good lawyer. I waited 3 years incapacity and even if it was a pain, was worth the wait. You can call your local office of incapacity and request application or you can go to this place. Then you can click on the tab and file for disability on the line.
