Which makes better bread, the 10 qt hobart or the electrolux assistant?

I just started grinding my own flour and I would like to produce several loaves at a time. Now use my kitchen aid watt-325, or my bread machine for kneading the dough. However, I can produce only 1-2 loaves with these machines. I think it was an expense for buying a bigger, stronger blender, anyone who has all the advice?
