What kind of CNC milling machine do I need?
Written by Josh on April 24, 2009 – 7:24 am -I have to work the machine rolls - many of them - about two and half-inch diameter and length of about 8 inches (spec. are quite real close, with spec. Additional finishing and perpendicularity surfaces with dimensions). The material is a ceramic, soft as ceramics go. We begin with a maximum cylinder surdimensionato and now their work in a multi-degrees on a saw ceramic (out of maximum length) and two lathes (one for diameters, another for finishing conclusion), but we & # 039 to the machine, the d Gradica make the whole process in a machine. I think we can do it with a CNC mill, but I don 't know enough about them to know what to look for in a machine. Can someone speak of opinion? Read More →

Smooth Coast on Existing Slab?
Written by Josh on April 3, 2009 – 7:21 am -I would pay a "new" or coastal plain of concrete on top of an existing slab. The "old" the slab has no secondary leak in it but more than that is sfaldandosi out and laundry and dusty. I want to layer a coat with enough round for the reinforced concrete so I can put a milling machine from 1 ton in …. I are so concerned about resistance …. What should I pay for layers is a nice coating that resistance when a floor already exists? Read More →
