What should I do to start a cycling routine to and from work?

I 'm 6 ft and 310lbs. and I haven 't driven into a bike in 10 years. I 'VE cardio facts la settle in gymnastics on a cyclical machine and cross the mill, but that was about 2 years ago. I have a second part-time over 45 minutes away and I just need one hour to arrive dall'automobile - so biking on the night that I need to work is unacceptable - and of course the rain.
