What kind of CNC milling machine do I need?

I have to work the machine rolls - many of them - about two and half-inch diameter and length of about 8 inches (spec. are quite real close, with spec. Additional finishing and perpendicularity surfaces with dimensions). The material is a ceramic, soft as ceramics go. We begin with a maximum cylinder surdimensionato and now their work in a multi-degrees on a saw ceramic (out of maximum length) and two lathes (one for diameters, another for finishing conclusion), but we & # 039 to the machine, the d Gradica make the whole process in a machine. Electrical. 3-phase?
